Parish Council

The Parish Council is made up of seven residents of Mursley, who were elected in May 2007. They are assisted by a part-time Parish Clerk.

The Parish Council is the lowest of three levels of local council, the other two being Aylesbury Vale District Council and Bucks County Council.

The council meets every six weeks for a full council meeting and at three week intervals in between to discuss any current planning issues. Anyone is entitled to attend the meetings and can ask to speak at the discretion of the Chairman. Dates of forthcoming meetings can be found in the minutes of the last meeting or in Parish Pump.
